Vitruvian Ventures, Inc. (parent company of Vitruvian World) considers client privacy to be fundamental to our relationship with our clients. We are committed to maintaining a high level of privacy and confidentiality when it comes to your personal information and we use that information only where permitted by law. Your trust is important to us and you can be sure we will continue our tradition of protecting your personal information. We provide this privacy notice to you so that you may understand our policy with regard to the collection and disclosure of nonpublic personal information ("Information") pertaining to you.

In the course of providing products and services, we collect non-public personal information about clients. VV collects nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive about you on applications or other forms.
• Information you give us orally.
• Information about your transactions with us or others.

We do not sell client information, whether it is your personal information or the fact that you are a VV client, to anyone. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about clients or former clients to non-affiliated parties, except as directed by clients, as necessary in order to service a client account or as required by law. The organizations that receive client information receive only the information necessary to carry out their assigned responsibilities and are authorized to use that information only for the services required, and are not permitted to share or use this information for any other purpose.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers without the customer's authorization, except as permitted by law or in response to inquires from governmental authorities. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those personnel who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We also may disclose that information to unaffiliated third parties only as permitted by law and only as needed for us to provide agreed services to you. We may revise our policy in the future, and will provide you with a revised policy if the changes materially alter the prior policy. We will not, however, revise our privacy policy to permit the sharing of non-public personal information other than as described in this notice unless we first notify you and provide you with an opportunity to prevent the information sharing.
